Description:

Iron production was carried out in the area, which connected the village of Koptyaki and Shuvakish in the XIX century. The mine was called Ganin by the name of the owner. Later the mine was used for charcoal and popularly known as Gaminami pit. In one such pit, July 17, 1918, the bodies of the murdered Royal family of Nicholas II were dumped in the mine, then destroyed with sulfuric acid and fire. In 2000 there was a monastery with seven wooden Temples on number of members of an Imperial family
