The architectural monument of the 19th century, the main creature of French architect, Auguste Ricard De Montferrand. Its construction took forty years. It is the fourth largest cupola structure in Europe after St Peter Cathedral in Vatican, St Paul’s in London and Santa Maria Del Fiore in Florence. It is an acting Orthodox temple now.

During the tour you will know about the novelties in building technologies used by August de Montferrand, investigate the splendid interior of the cathedral decorated with 20 sorts of marble, mosaics, malachite and lapis lazuli.
