Description:
Patriarch's ponds is one of the most romantic areas of Moscow, a place where since the times of the Russian Empire people have walked and met, listened to music, rode boats, and in winter — on skates. Leo Tolstoy walked here with his children, Mikhail Bulgakov lived nearby, and often walked along the Boulevard of the Patriarch's pond, and later made it the scene of his grandiose novel "the Master and Margarita".
In addition, the area has absorbed the architecture of different historical epochs: from modern to the 1990s. On our walk through this beautiful area, I will not only introduce you to a variety of architectural styles, but also tell interesting stories about the Patriarch's ponds, which give even more charm to these cozy places in the center of Moscow.
